Research-Use-Only Terms

These terms apply to every product sold or distributed by The Underground Research Society LLC, through the warehouse, group buys or otherwise. You must accept them when you create an account and each time you place an order.
Research use only
- All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use.
- Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other authority for any use in humans or animals.
- Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, application or any other administration.
- No statement on this site, in documents or in the community is a claim of therapeutic, diagnostic or other effect.
Purchaser representations
By ordering you confirm that:
- you are at least 21 years old;
- you will use products only for lawful laboratory research, by or under the supervision of a person qualified to handle research materials;
- you will not administer products to humans or animals, or sell or supply them to anyone for that purpose;
- you will store, handle and dispose of products safely and in line with applicable law and the supplied documentation;
- it is lawful for you to purchase, receive and possess the products where you are.
Our rights
We may refuse, cancel or stop any order, and close any account, if we believe products may be used other than for research, or if these terms are breached. Discussion of human use in our community is not allowed and may lead to account closure.
Testing and documentation
Where certificates of analysis or independent test results are provided, they relate to the specific batch or sample tested and are provided for research information only.
Responsibility
You assume all responsibility and risk for your handling and use of products. You agree to indemnify URS against any claim arising from use contrary to these terms.
