Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ursociety.org and any purchase, group-buy participation or community activity on it. The site is operated by The Underground Research Society LLC (“URS”, “we”, “us”), New York. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an account or make a purchase.
• Membership is at our discretion. We may approve, decline, suspend or close accounts, including for breach of these terms or the Research-Use-Only Terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at admin@ursociety.org if you suspect unauthorized use.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

Research use only

All materials sold on this site are sold for laboratory research use only, under our Research-Use-Only Terms, which form part of these terms. You may not purchase materials for human or veterinary use, or for resale for those purposes.

Orders, pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before an order is placed. An order is accepted only when we confirm it.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, payment cannot be verified, or we believe the order breaches these terms.
• Payment methods, deadlines and verification are explained at checkout or on the group-buy order page. Orders not paid by the stated deadline may be cancelled.
• Group-buy orders are also governed by the Group-Buy Participation Terms.

Shipping and risk

Orders ship to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring the materials may lawfully be received at your location; we do not ship outside of the United States.

Returns and refunds

Refunds, cancellations and returns are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Community conduct

• Community channels are for research discussion, support and updates. Do not post dosing, administration or human-use information, medical claims or advice.
• Do not buy, sell or trade between members, harass others, share personal data of others, or post unlawful content.
• Moderators may remove content and restrict or close accounts that break these rules.

Documents and content

Certificates of analysis, lab reports and other documents are provided for information about the specific batch tested. They are not a warranty of suitability for any purpose. Site content may not be copied or redistributed without our permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Materials are supplied “as is” for research use. To the extent permitted by law, URS disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify URS against claims arising from your misuse of materials, breach of these terms or the Research-Use-Only Terms, or violation of law.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New York State, and disputes will be resolved by arbitration agreement. Contact: legal@ursociety.org
